It is stated that the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh has already issued no objection certificate for issuance of passport vide order dated 6.2.2025. Submission is that despite such orders passed the passport is not being issued. Sri Arvind Goswami, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the certified copy of the order is produced the authorities shall do the needful. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the second respondent annexing certified copy of the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh together with a certified copy of this order.
