Upon hearing counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with the observation, subject to the petitioners applying to respondent no.1 for due endorsement on their license (issued by the State Government), to be permitted to operate/work at the protected monuments, the said respondent may ensure appropriate verification and action on the request of the petitioners within a period of one month from the date of compliance made by the individual petitioner. 3. In case the endorsement is to be declined to any individual petitioner/s, due communication of the reason for refusal of endorsement should be made for such individual petitioner/s within the same period
