Petitioner is permitted to correct the description of fourth respondent in the array of parties. Petitioner's grievance with regard to obstruction on the passage recorded over plot no.575 can more appropriately be examined by the Divisional Forest Officer, Social Forestry of the district concerned. This is particularly so as the obstruction alleged is in the nature of certain old trees standing on the passage. In the facts of the case, we dispose of this petition with a direction upon the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Deoria Sadar, District Deoria to examine the petitioner's grievance and if it is found that the trees are obstructing the passage and its removal is required, as is prayed in the writ, the matter shall be referred to fourth respondent, who would do the needful, within a further period of two months. With the above observation/direction, the writ petition stand
