Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. It is asserted that property in question is liable to be declared an enemy property as its owner has fled to Pakistan in 1969. An application has already been made to the authorities and it appears that instructions have been invited. Since no final decision is taken the petitioner is before this Court. Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that an appropriate decision would be taken in the matter, in accordance with law. Without commenting on the merits of the petitioner's claim we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction upon the respondents to accord consideration to petitioner's claim and to pass appropriate orders, as may be warranted in law, in respect of status of the property in question, within a period of three months. With the above observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 6.
