It is alleged that payment due for the same has not been released to the petitioner. It is also submitted that the petitioner is also entitled for payment of interest for delay in making payment of the same in terms of provisions of contract/applicable policy. Sri Subodh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents states that such claim of the petitioner would be got examined by the second respondent at the first instance.
