Textile Industries Policy 2014 for the period 2014-21, can always be accorded consideration by the second respondent at the first instance. In such circumstances, we permit the petitioner to approach the second respondent annexing all materials in support of such claim together with copy of this order within a period of two weeks' from today. Such claim of the petitioner would be got examined by the second respondent in terms of applicable scheme and appropriate reasoned order will be passed in that regard within a further of two months.
