Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Petitioner seeks a direction from this Court upon the concerned District Magistrate not to dispossess the petitioner from the land in dispute. 3. There appears to be a private dispute between the petitioner and private respondent i.e. respondent no.5 qua the land in dispute. 4. Even otherwise, from the report of the concerned Lekhpal dated 5th November, 2024, which is at page-20 of the paper book, it is clear that the petitioner has already filed civil suit no. 220 of 2023 (Kashi Yadav Vs. Shanker) in respect of the land in dispute. However, such fact has not been disclosed in any paragraph of the affidavit accompanying the present writ petition. 5. Filing of this petition is an outcome of misconceived advise. Proper remedy of petitioner would be to press such civil proceedings already initiate
