The District Magistrate apparently is the receiver. This Court would not be inclined to issue a writ for enforcing the order of the receiver, where the dispute is between the private parties. The receiver must have been appointed by some competent Court. Remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the competent Civil Court. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
