This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: "I- to call for records and to issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent authorities to release the payment due to the petitioner society for conducting especial training center from 17.10.2019 t 15.10.2021 with interest; II- issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 23.08.2024 made by the petitioner (contained as Annexure No. 7 to this writ petition), within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since an identical matter has been considered and dispo
