Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus command the respondent No. 2/Sub Divisional Officer, Belthara Road, Ballia to consider and decide the Appeal No. 163 of 2025, Computerized No. T202515090700163 (Jagdeesh and another Vs. Anil Kumar Yadav and anr.) and in the meantime provide an interim protection to the petitioners by considering their stay application, which are pending before him since 16.12.2024, forthwith, within stipulated period as fixed by the Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that appeal as well as stay application filed in appeal is pending since 16.12.2024 and he prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4.
