Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 30.08.2024 passed by Additional Commissioner (Administration) Agra Division, Agra (Respondent No.2) as well as order dated 23.06.2006 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Etah (Respondent No.3) (Annexure No.6 and 2 to the writ petition respectively). II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the land in question during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court." 3.
