This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2, 3 and 4 to remove the encroachment upon the land 1/6 share part of Khata No. 38, Khasra No. 757 (A) area 3.1340 hectare, 757(B) area 0.6430 hectare total area 3.777 hectare, situated at Village Prempura Raipura, Tehsil Firozabad, District Firozabad by the culprits, forthwith, within stipulated period, on the basis of government order No. 402/1-2-2017-1 (Samanya)/2017 dated 01.05.2017, 2) issue ad interim mandamus directing the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to enquired the matter upon the land 1/6 share part of Khata No. 38, Khasra No. 757 (A) area 3.1340 hectare, 757(B) area 0.6430 hectare total area 3.777 hectare, situated at Village Prempura Raipura, Tehsil Firozabad, District Firozabad
