This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "i. To issue an order or direction, commanding to respondent no. 2/ Tehsildar, Itwa, District Siddharth Nagar to decide the Restoration Application No. RST /596/2025 Computer Case No. T202517630300596 (State vs Karm Husain) filed by the respondent no. 3, within stipulated period." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that restoration application filed by respondent No. 3 against the order dated 22.12.2023 is pending since 24.08.2024 and petitioner is opposite party in the aforementioned application. He prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
