Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "1. Issue writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Azamgarh Division Azamgarh/respondent no. 2 to decide the Appeal No. 43/M of 2022, its Computerize Case No. C202215000001262 (Vikarma Vs. Manjeet and others) under Section 38(4) U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 Mauja- Badhaya, Pargana Bhadaon, Tehsil Sadar, District Mau within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that appeal under Section 38(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending 2022 and he prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4.
