The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(a) Issue an order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Teshil Maant, District Mathura to decide the Partition Suit no. T202401500402567 of 2023 (Radharaman Vs Narayan Prasad & Others) expeditiously with in stipulated period, which is still pending before court concerned." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned partition suit is pending since 2023 before respondent no.2 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
