Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Tehsildar, Sadar, District Prayagraj to decide application under section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code bearing case no. RST/5341 of 2022 Computer No. T202202030605341 (Naimullah Khan Vs Zaseem Ahmad and others) within stipulated period." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned application under section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before respondent no.2 for adjudication.
