The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Officer Bhanpur, District Basti to consider and decide the objection of petitioners dated 05.02.2025 filed against the report of lekhpal, forwarded by Tehsildar Bhanpur, in proceeding under section 24 of U P Revenue Code 2006 and further to direct the respondent no.2 to conduct the fresh demarcation over the land in question and to provide the actual and physical possession to the petitioners over the land which has duly allotted to the petitioners by allotment order dated 15.03.90." 3.
