The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "I- Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to comply/execute the final decree order dated 29.10.2018 finally installing stone demarcation with regard to separate kura no. 1 by giving actual possession to the petitioners within specific period provided by this Hon'ble Court preferably within a month." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner can file an application for execution as the provisions of C.P.C are applicable. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
