Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sahjanawa, District Gorakhpur (Respondent No.2) to decide the Case No. 58/2023 (Ram Sakal Vs. Ramesh Chand Singh and others) Under Section 24 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, pending before the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sahjanawa, District Gorakhpur, expeditiously within specified period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned case is pending since 2023 before respondent no.2 for adjudication.
