This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue nature a writ, order of or direction in the mandamus directing the respondent no.2/Additional Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Etah, District-Etah to decide the recall application/restoration application dated 16.08.2024 filed in Case No. RST/1673/2024, Computerised Case No. D202418210001673 (Sujan Singh Versus Mohar Shri and others) under section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the above-mentioned restoration application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned restoration application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this w
