The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2/Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil-Ballia, District- Ballia to decide the case no. 7630 of 2023, Computerized Case No.T202315090307630 (Nitesh Kumar Rai Vs. Rajendra) Under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, pending the court of Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil-Ballia, District-Ballia, within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned case is pending since 2023 before respondent no.2 for adjudication.
