The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a suitable Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 District Magistrate- Gautambuddh Nagar for mutation the name of petitioners in revenue records of Village- Ahmadpur Chauroli, Pargana & Tehsil Jewar, District- Gautambuddh Nagar in compliance of order dated 08.09.2021 passed by learned Board of Revenue Allahabad in Revision No. 23/2012- 2013 (Lallu and others Versus State of U.P. and others), under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A. &L.R. Act. (ii) Issue suitable Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 District Magistrate Gautambuddh Nagar to consider the grievances of the petitioners deciding the latest representation of petitioners dated 29.10.2024
