This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, District: Mau (Respondent No.2), to decide the Case No.116 of 2016 Computerized Case No.T201615510106107 (Sachchida Nand Rai Vs. Shyama Narayan and Sahajanand) u/s 229B now UPZA and LR Act, pending since 21.06.2010 expeditiously if possible within three months as within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court.." 3.
