Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i. TO ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent concerned i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tamkuhi, District Kushinagar to decide the Case No.1170 of 2023 (computerized No.T202305440301170) [Shobha Singh Vs Parashuram Singh and others] under Section 67(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him in the light of the lekhpal report dated 6.2.2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court" 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned case is pending since 2023 before respondent no.2 for adjudication.
