The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 District Magistrate Ballia to initiate proper inquiry against the corrupt practice and interpolation made by the respondent no.5 in the records of the case no. T202415090306172/2024 (Jagdish Vs. Bhagwat), whereby he has illegally exercised his official powers to pass cryptic orders causing legal harassment of the petitioner. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to produce the Original records of the Restoration Application No. 6172 of 2024 (Jagdish Vs.
