The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) Issue direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent authority to not established the Tubewell in Gata No. 175 Mauza Alawalpur, Pargana & Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj, it is made clear that the Gata No. 175 belongs to the petitioner and the respondent authority wrongly mentioned in the Gata No. 175 is Naveen Parti instead of Gata No. 179 Mauza- Alawalpur, Pargana & Tehsil- Soraon, District- Prayagraj." 3. From perusal of the record, it is apparent that there is a dispute as to Gata No.179 recorded in the name of the petitioner and Gata No.175 recorded as Navin Parti.
