Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. The petitioner is complainant who is aggrieved by the notice issued by the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh requiring his presence after an order of punishment has been passed against respondent no.3. It is stated that the only remedy available to 3rd respondent is to approach the appellate forum i.e. the Bar Council of India. Learned counsel for the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh points out that a recall application has been filed by 3rd respondent, apparently seeking procedural review, on which alone notices has been issued to the petitioner. We see no reason to interfere in the matter, inasmuch as merits of the recall application is yet to be tested by the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh.
