The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2/Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil-Ballia, District-Ballia to decide the case no.1834 of 2024 No.T202415090301834 Computerized (Annu Gupta Case Vs. Santosh Kumar Yadav) Under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, pending the court Jof Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil-Ballia, District-Ballia, within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
