Petitioner's grievance is that the Sub Divisional Officer, who is the prescribed authority under the U.P. Bharan Poshan Evam Kalyan Adhiniyam, 2007, is not issuing certified copy of the orders and that the file itself is otherwise missing. Learned State Counsel submits that such issue can be examined by the second respondent. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the second-respondent in respect of the grievance raised in the writ petition. The second respondent shall ensure that the petitioner's grievance is redressed, in accordance with law. In the event, file is reported to be missing, appropriate steps would be taken for reconstruction of file, unless the provision exists, otherwise. Necessary action in the matter would be taken, within a period of four weeks from date of presentation of copy of this order before the second responden
