Grievance is that though sufficient time has lapsed but the admitted dues in respect of such work are not being released, so far. A representation in that regard has also been made on 1.8.2024 but since no decision upon it is taken by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that in the event no decision has been taken upon petitioner's claim, the same shall be examined by the competent authority, in accordance with law, expeditiously. 3. In view of the above, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction upon respondent no.2 to examine petitioner's claim, noticed above, by passing an appropriate reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date
