Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners have filed an application u/s 30 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in the year 2023 which is pending since then before District Magistrate, Prayagraj - respondent No.2. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition s
