This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned report dated 11.02.2025 submitted Lekhpal by concerned Halka with recommendation of revenue inspector dated 13.02.2025 by which it has been recommended that the Arazi recorded Khatauni Khata No. 69 Gata No. 1386 area 1.680 hectare, in which are 1.044 hectare recorded as Usar in the name of the petitioner, situated in village Bairi Sawai Tehsil- Maitha District Kanpur Nagar the same may be recorded in the name of the Gram Sabha after deleting the name of the petitioner and further direct the respondent not to interfere in peace full possession of the petitioner, over the land in dispute." 3.
