This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no.2 to expedite the case/appeal no. 13/2012-2013 (Computerized case no. C201305000084) within in stipulated period due to reason which case has been pending since 2013." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned appeal is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned appeal is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
