This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide case no. 03360/2020 computer case no. T202015510103360 Amarjeet Vs. Rajendra Yogendra u/s 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him, (Annexure.no.1 to the writ petition), within the short stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;." 3.
