This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2-Sub Divisional magistrate Tehsil Phulpur, District Prayagraj to decide the Case No.165/2023 (Abhay Raj and Others Vs. Gram Panchayat and Others), U/S 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, Village-Khansar, Pargana Sikandara, Tehsil Phulpur, District Prayagraj, within stipulated time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.." 3.
