The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution for a direction to respondent no.2 to decide their application dated 30.01.2025 and to restrain the respondents from interfering in the possession of the petitioners. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the written instructions received from Sub-Division Magistrate, Varanasi (respondent no.3), according to which the petitioners have executed a sale deed on 28.02.2025 in favour of the State. Copy of the sale deed has been annexed alongwith written instructions. 3.
