This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue nature a writ, order of mandamus or direction in the the commanding Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil: Sadar, District: Varanasi to process No.7116 of 2023, and decide the Appeal 207 Section under U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 Kavita Mangal Kshatriya Vs. Anita Singh arising out of a proceeding u/s 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 by passing reasoned speaking order as early as possible within the time frame." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned appeal is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned appeal is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
