Union of India & 2 Ors.), in order to contend that mere pendency of Case Crime Nos. 570 of 2018 and 125 of 2018, under Sections 26, 63, 66 of Indian Forest Act, 1927 & 2/3 Forest (Preservation) Act 1980 at P.S. Akarabad, District Aligarh and under Sections 26, 63, 66 of Indian Forest Act, 1927 & 2/3 Forest (Preservation) Act 1980 at P.S. Vijaygarh, District Aligarh, respectively, cannot be a ground to deny issuance of passport to the petitioner.
