This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a mandamus order or direction in commanding and the nature of directing the respondent no. 1 to decide the revision/case no. C201814000002821 of 2018 (Mohd. Yakub @ Matallu & others Vs. Rizwan Ullah & others) Under Section 333 of U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act, pending before respondent no.1, with in stipulated period at an early date as may be fixed by this Hon'ble court. Π. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the parties to make status-quo nature and possession over the disputed land.." 3.
