This petition is directed against an order passed by the Insurance Ombudsman rejecting the claim on the ground that the Ombudsman has no power of review. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the original order rejecting the claim has not been served upon the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents has furnished a copy of the order dated 8th October, 2024, whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected by the Ombudsman. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with a prayer to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh challenging the order dated 8th October, 2024.
