Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order impugned dated 10.02.2025 passed in revision No.239 of 2025 (Rampujan Vs. Gaon Sabha and others), order dated 26.07.2021 passed by the respondent no.3 as well as order dated 28.11.2014 passed by the respondent no.4. (Annexure-1,2&3) (b) To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not the petitioner question." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that against the order passed u/s 122B of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, revision was filed by the petitioner which was pending.
