The order by which such permission has been granted is neither challenged nor is annexed in this petition. 2. Filing of the writ petition after several years to seek re- consideration of such order, without it being challenged, cannot be countenanced. Remedy of the petitioner would be to challenge the order, allowing execution of freehold deed, in appropriate proceedings. 3. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
