Petitioner's claim for compensation under the scheme known as Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvahit Bima Yojana has been rejected by the Insurance Company. It is stated that in terms of the applicable scheme a final decision in the matter has to be taken by the District Level Committee headed by the District Magistrate. Grievance is that though requisite documents have been furnished but the District Level Committee has not taken any decision, so far. Thus aggrieved, petitioner is before this Court. 2. Learned Standing Counsel states that in the event no decision has been taken upon the petitioner's claim an appropriate decision would be taken by the District Level Committee, in accordance with law. 3. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this writ petition, permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.2 by way of an application, annexing all materials in support of her claim,
