Perusal of record would go to show that the office of Insurance Ombudsman has already required the petitioner to provide requisite documents. This by way of a letter dated 09.12.2024. Although it is alleged that required information/document has been furnished by the petitioner but the letter by which such information has been furnished does not contain reference to any documents as were required by the office of Insurance Ombudsman. In such circumstance, no direction is called for. 3. However, we provide that if petitioner furnishes required information/document in terms of the demand made by the office of Insurance Ombudsman, the claim of petitioner shall be dealt with in accordance with law. 4.
