Petitioner claims that he has already filed objection but the proceedings are not being concluded. Learned Standing Counsel states that such proceedings would be concluded, expeditiously. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the second respondent, alongwith a certified copy of this order, annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, who shall ensure that appropriate proceedings instituted under Section 9/11 Indian Forest Act, 1865 are concluded, by fixing weekly dates, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
