Petitioner wants this Court to execute a decree passed by the civil court. In the event, the decree is obtained, remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the competent court in terms of Order 21 of the CPC for its execution. A writ petition would not lie for such purposes, at the first instance. Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
