There appears to be civil dispute between petitioner and respondent nos. 5 to 7 in respect of immovable property. Such dispute can only be resolved by the competent Civil or Revenue court. No direction can be issued to the administrative authorities to interfere in such matters. In the facts of the case, appropriate remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the competent authority in terms of Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code. A writ petition would not lie for adjudication of such private dispute. Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum in respect of the grievance raised, this petition is consigned to records.
