Petitioner wants benefit of the Ayushman Card to be extended to him on the ground that his wife was covered under the central scheme. It is also submitted that petitioner has incurred huge expenses towards treatment of is wife, who has died. On the previous occasion we invited instructions in the matter from the respondents. As per the respondents the Ayushman card number claimed by the petitioner is issued to one Shanti Devi and Santosh, whereas the petitioner is claiming the aadhar card to be issued in the name of Manju Devi. Prima facie no substance is found in the petitioner's claim, inasmuch as the ayushman card claimed by the petitioner belongs to somebody else. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it could have been an error in feeding of the data.
