Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents has pointed that by means of the order dated 25.06.2024, the Collector, District- Sambhal (respondent no.3) has finally decided the matter by passing a detailed order on the representation of the petitioner. The said order dated 25.06.2024 is filed as annexure no.5 to the writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he intends to challenge the aforesaid order dated 25.06.2024 and as such he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.
