Various anomalies are alleged. It is undisputed that holding of elections is in accordance with the provisions of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988. 2. In the event any person is aggrieved by the holding of elections remedy would be to resort to the procedure laid down in the statutory provisions contained in Regulations of 1988. Writ would not lie for the purpose, at the first instance. 3.
